 COLLABORATIVE LAW:
Collaborative Law is an alternative to court litigation. Whereby both parties agree to hire attorneys specially trained for this process. Collaborative law attorneys assist clients to resolve conflicts and reach agreements prior to filing a petition with the court. The Collaborative Law attorney uses cooperative strategies rather than adversarial techniques to assist clients toward resolution.

Collaborative Law allows clients to set their own time tables and can reducecosts of typical litigation based proceedings.

MEDIATION:
Clark Law Offices also offers mediation as an alternative to litigation. Should you decide to use one of our attorneys as your mediator, we require both parties to attend the initial consultation.

UNBUNDLED SERVICES:
In order to make necessary legal services available to individuals with limited resources, the NH Legislature enacted new rules to permit limited representation / unbundled services by attorneys.

According to these unbundled services rules, a client can choose which types of services they wish to employ the assistance of counsel.
