Amoskeag Title, LLC is an issuing agent for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, with authority to conduct residential and commercial real estate transactions in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Amoskeag Title, LLC offers the following services to its customers:

• Conduct title searches and prepare title reports
• Prepare the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and other necessary documentation
• Handle the disbursement of payments to remove existing liens and mortgages
• Coordinate scheduling between the buyer/borrower, seller, mortgage lender, real estate agents and attorneys
• Make sure that mortgage and title insurance company requirements are met
• Record mortgage documents with Registry of Deeds
• Prepare residential and commercial title insurance policies for both refinance and purchase transactions
• Provide closing services for reverse mortgage and relocation transactions

Amoskeag Title, LLC is prepared to close anywhere:

• Attorney’s office
• Real estate agent’s location
• Bank or broker’s location
• Client’s home
