Unbundled Legal services includes offering legal advice (i.e. after the free initial consultation), drafting of court documents and agreements; writing letters; information gathering/discovery; attendance at a particular hearing; review of documents prepared by the other party or their counsel; legal research; coaching to allow you to represent yourself; evaluation of settlement options; and other similar issues.
By using unbundled legal services, you can have more control over the financial costs of your case since you decide what matters you need assistance in and those you do not.
