A Message to Our Clients Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

On Behalf of | Aug 3, 2020 | Firm News |

We would like you to know that we at Clark Law PLLC are following guidance about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak from federal, state and local agencies, including the CDC and other health organizations to minimize the risk of transmission and protect the health and well-being of our employees, clients, and visitors. This is a priority to us.

Also a priority during this time is our ability to continue to successfully address our clients’ legal matters. The New Hampshire Supreme Court has issued an Order suspending most in-person proceedings from March 16, 2020 through April 6, 2020. If you have not been notified by our office regarding the status of your upcoming hearing or other court proceeding, please contact the office.

At this time our office remains open. However, for the safety of our clients and staff, all appointments will be held by telephone beginning March 17, 2020 until further notice. If you have documents to drop off, please send them via mail, e-mail or fax. We also have a mail slot in our front entrance where documents can be dropped off.

In the event that it becomes necessary to work remotely, we have created a plan to seamlessly serve you with the same vigor and effectiveness that we have always shown. Clark Law PLLC will continue to answer your e-mails and calls promptly and be available to you.

As always, if we can assist you in any way, please contact us. Stay safe.
