Manchester Divorce Mediation Professionals
Mediation is an alternative to traditional divorce litigation. Parties may opt to attempt mediation to resolve divorces, legal separations or parenting matters. Parties may also choose to attempt mediation for modification issues. At Clark Law PLLC, we are trained in mediation and collaborative law to provide a variety of services for our clients.
We assist couples with mediation in two ways:
As mediators: In divorce, legal separation and parenting matters, a mediator who has had specific marital mediation training — like the mediators at Clark Law PLLC — should be consulted. If you opt for mediation services at our firm, the mediator will meet with both parties and offer referrals for legal advice and review of documents.
As attorneys: Our family law attorneys provide individual representation to people going through divorce mediation. Even if you and your spouse are taking an amicable, cooperative approach to the divorce, it is important to protect your own rights and interests. We are experienced in advocating for our clients while preserving the conciliatory spirit of mediation.
Contact Clark Law PLLC at 603-473-4338 before you sign any agreement in mediation. You may not be able to modify the terms of an agreement after it is finalized, and having an experienced attorney can help you get the best possible result the first time around. As part of our unbundled legal services, we are happy to review settlement offers and agreements in an efficient and cost-effective manner for clients who do not need full representation.
